Competition Architecture
For each sport, the 16 clubs are drawn into four groups of four.
Group Stage
24 matches per sport. Winners of each group advance based on head-to-head, point differential, and points allowed.
Semifinals
The 4 group winners face off on Thursday (Pickleball/Hoops) and Friday (Esports). Single elimination.
Championship
The final 2 teams per sport battle on Saturday in a fully produced stadium environment.

The Saturday Championship
The week culminates in a spectator-friendly arena designed for 500-1,000+ fans. All three finals are played sequentially—meaning the entire community watches the Pickleball, Basketball, and Esports titles get decided back-to-back. The night ends with the Overall Title crowning and giant charity check presentations.
